Jiu-jitsu on-line!

Well today is a little shameless self promotion. Next week I will have more of our usual content as well look at some follow up techniques from a failed hip throw.

But for today....

Have you ever considered doing jiu-jitsu?

Do you currently study jiu-jitsu (BJJ or TJJ)?

Do you study another martial art?

Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-jitsu is a practical, no-nonsense form of jiu-jitsu that focuses purely on self-defence. They is NO sport version. This style is designed to keep you safe on the street but putting attackers down quick and hard, while allowing you to remain on your feet.

I have been exposed to many styles of jiu-jitsu from all around the world and in my opinion none are as complete or as powerful as Jukoshin. I'm not going to stand a on podium and say it's the best style of jiu-jitsu ever, but it's certainly the best that I have been exposed to.

Jukoshin by itself it's very powerful but combined with BJJ, Karate, Judo, Taekwondo, kick boxing, etc. it can be even more powerful. So if you have ever thought of taking up jiu-jitsu or adding another style to what you already know I would highly recommend Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-jitsu.

Not near a Jukoshin instructor... than have a loot at our on-line distance education program.
