This week we are going to look at a few possible follow up techniques incase the above happens.
Here are just some of the options:
- Scissor throw
- Elbow to the head and full wrist lock
- Elbow to head and reverse hammer lock or kimura
- Elbow to the head and outer winding throw
Remember if you don't practice this types of follow-ups or chaining techniques together don't expect to be able to do it when it counts on the street, because you will not! No matter what type of martial art you do, chaining of techniques like this will help you understand your art so much more completely.
